Dealing with the new European regulations concerning the protection of personal data (GDPR). Without being aware of it as an entrepreneur, we collect a lot of personal data (customers, suppliers, staff ...). Since May 2018 new rules and obligations apply to protect this. Regardless of how large the company is, these regulations are for small and big companies. Participants in this workshop learn how personal data can be collected and updated from now on, as well as what actions they should take in order to comply with the current regulations.
Defaults, bankruptcy and invalid contracts. During this workshop, participants will learn how to deal with defaulters and with bankruptcies of suppliers using practical examples. Prevention is better than cure. It indicates how we can anticipate on these problems and how we can limit the risks.
